You’ve been waiting months for this moment. A wheat field, bordered by thick forest, stretches around you. The reddening sun slowly sinks behind a hill. All you can hear is the rustling of leaves. All of a sudden, the sound of a crow cawing. It’s the signal.

Looking through your scope, you can see a lone boar at 150 metres. Half-hidden in the undergrowth, it pauses. Is it time to move out into the open yet? It decides to risk it. Your finger strokes the M.O.A.™ Trigger System on your XPR™. It’s a great shot. The boar drops instantly.

XPR Composite Stealth

Despite its name, the XPR Stealth won't go unnoticed. The hunting green colour brings out the gun's seductive lines. It comes with a Picatinny rail, and has a large bolt handle that makes reloading a breeze, even with gloves on. The barrel is threaded so you can fit a muzzle brake or a suppressor if local laws permit. It is available in a wide range of calibres, with a 53cm barrel for standard calibres or a 61cm barrel for magnum calibres.

INFLEX RECOIL PAD

The ultra-flexible material used in the INFLEX recoil pad provides the best possible recoil absorption. The exclusive technology inside the pad ensures that it compresses on firing to move the stock downwards and slightly away from your face. Shooting comfort is vastly improved and you retain optimum aim if you need a follow-up shot.

Your XPR™ comes with a 7mm-thick insert to increase your stock length.

WEAVER BASES

All the models in the XPR™ range come with Weaver bases as standard for fitting scope mounting rings using the Picatinny standard.

THREADED BARREL

The barrels are now threaded to receive a suppressor or muzzle brake.

XPR™ M.O.A.™ TRIGGER SYSTEM

The XPR™ has a major advantage that makes it an extremely accurate rifle: its M.O.A.™ Trigger System. The trigger was originally developed for the WINCHESTER® Company’s legendary M70™, and uses a system of pivoting levers that release the firing pin cleanly and at great speed for maximum accuracy. The result is triple-zero performance: zero take-up, zero creep, zero overtravel.

TWO-POSITION SAFETY

The XPR™ has a dual safety system that consists of a conventional on/off mechanism and a bolt safety feature. The bolt release button 2 positioned in front of the conventional safety button 1 lets you load or unload with the gun on safe, i.e. with the traditional safety button in the on position. For even greater safety while hunting, you can see at a glance whether the firing pin is cocked or not by the cocking indicator on the bolt head 3.

XPR Strata Threaded

The XPR Strata is designed to seduce. The True Timber Strata camo pattern makes it instantly recognisable. The large bolt handle and T1 Winchester muzzle brake guarantee unrivalled shooting comfort. The mid-weight 19 mm-diameter barrel provides excellent rigidity for unrivalled accuracy, even after heavy use.

TACTICAL STOCK

The fore-end is flat and wider for better support on the shooting range.

The receiver and barrel sit low for improved stability and control. The pistol grip allows you to fit the stock snugly into your shoulder at constant pressure for a more secure hold.

The cut-out at the bottom of the stock offers excellent support on sand bags or just better control with your free hand.

BOLT HANDLE

The bolt handle has been made larger for more accurate operation.

SEMI-WEIGHT BARREL

A semi-weight barrel reduces heating and increases stability. The result is greater accuracy at long range.
